Four years ago I opened my energy healing business to help humans and animals become the best versions of themselves.
Of the several healing modalities I worked with, Reiki was by far what brought people to my door ~ especially animal Reiki. (For those interested in Energy Medicine and/or Frequency SpecificMicrocurrent, please contact me).
Now I have to say that although I had been doing what I call human Reiki on animals for years it wasn’t until the spring of 2023, when I became a Master Reiki practitioner in Animal Reiki energy – that being an energy mostly for animals – that my life changed.
Back in 2006, my dog Maggie of 11 years left this life quite suddenly. For 17 years I had such horrible guilt and grief over how we parted I couldn’t even think of giving her Reiki (yes, Reiki can be sent to those who have crossed over) because I just couldn’t go there. It was too emotional.
It was while I was taking the Animal Reiki classes in 2023 to become certified that ALL of my guilt and grief were washed away.
In class when we were practicing sending distant energy I asked Maggie if I could send her some Reiki finally
after all these years and her reply was, “It’s about time!”.

It was during those classes that Maggie and my animal spirit guides that I acquired in class led me on my path toward animal communication.
During those four years of giving Reiki to animals, however, I noticed that often the humans had some of the
same issues as the animals they were bringing in for treatment (i.e. digestive problems).
It wasn’t until I started communicating with these animals that I learned why this can be the case or why an animal can have a personality quite opposite the human ( i.e. an anxious person will have a pet that is quite confident and
strong). It’s quite fascinating and your pet can share all of this with you in your session.
